• Prof. Daniel Louvard, Ph.D, member of French Academy of Science, professor at Institut Pasteur, Director of the Research Center of the Institut Curie, head of the laboratory « Morphogenesis and cell signaling ». He is the author of 245 publications (13 157 citations) and 20 patents. He is a member of numerous scientific committees in France and aboard, and consults pharmaceutical companies.

• Prof. Piet Herdewijin, Ph.D, pharmacologist, head of medicinal chemistry laboratory at Rega Institute (Leuven, Belgium), specialized in nucleic acids chemistry. He is chairman/expert in many EC research funding programs, consultant for pharmaceutical companies.

• Prof. Daniel Scherman, Ph.D, head of the « Unité de Pharmacologie Chimique et Génétique » at the School of pharmacy, René Descartes University, Paris. He is an expert in non viral nucleic acid delivery. He previously headed the department of exploratory research at Genethon, a well-known French gene therapy company. Prior to that,  he directed a joint research laboratory CNRS-Aventis.

• Prof. Michel Marty, M.D., oncologist, at Saint Louis Hospital, Paris. He has been actively involved since 1990 in drug evaluation at the French (AFSSAPS) and European level where he currently serves as Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Group on Oncology of European Medicines Agency (EMEA). He contributed to the clinical development of three blockbusters (docetaxel, irinotecan & oxaliplatine).

• Prof. Philippe Saiag, M.D., head of the department of dermatology at Ambroise Paré Hospital, Paris. He is a leading figure in France (President of the group of cutaneous oncology, head of the Melan-cohort group,and rare cutaneous tumor network) but also in Europe ( EORTC melanoma group). He serves as an expert at the AFSSAPS and EMEA for skin cancer.

DNA Therapeutics will formally establish a Scientific Advisory Board and a Clinical Advisory Board in near future, in order to further leverage full in-depth scientific and clinical knowledge for ensuring the highest level in its research and development. Other experts will be invited to participate in due time.
