DNA Therapeutics’ R&D activities rely on the data and know-how accumulated in developing Dbait molecules during the last 7 years, and on in-depth expertise of our multi-disciplinary teams. and key opinion leaders in oncology.

This will be followed by the development of other families of molecules to leverage full potential of the siDNA concept and technology platform in order to generate a multi-product pipeline.

One of the known hurdles in the development of therapeutic oligonucleotides is their  effective delivery to the intended issues and organs. There is no ONE SOLUTION FITS ALL.

DNA Therapeutics has successfully optimized local delivery  for its 1st lead product, DT01 (selected from the family of Dbait molecules), and is developing  systemic/targeting delivery, by integrating the best available knowledges and technologies in compliance with medical practice and regulatory guidelines.

Our strategy of clinical development is outlined as below:

  • Make clear-cut demonstration of the efficacy of DT01 first in the indications where the standard of care (SOC) treatment failed to control cancer progression, then extend to other major segments of onco-market;
  • Start from interventional oncology (local delivery) then extend to all oncology fields (systemic/ targeting delivery).
