DNA Therapeutics is developing a full range of innovative medicines based on its siDNA technology platform:
DT01 is the most advanced product candidate, the 1st lead in the Dbait program. Its CMC development has been launched in October 2009 with an experienced CMO. It will lead to its regulatory preclinical development and its 1st clinical development in advanced cutaneous tumors in early 2011. Other products in this Dbait family are currently at either proofs of concept or lead optimization stage to other oncology indications.
New programs, named A and P, have been initiated last fall. They aim at developing new families of molecules that interfere with other DNA repair pathways involved in the repair of DNA damages caused by genotoxic agents used in chemotherapy, and thus to sensitize this widely used anticancer therapy. New hits have already been identified so far.
