Our business model & strategy

DNA Therapeutics aims at bridging the gap between translational research and late stage drug development. After achieving initial clinical proof of concept, it will establish a strategic alliance with a global player focused on oncology market for late stage drug development, market approval and commercialization.

DNA Therapeutics is also looking for partners for regional, emerging market, or animal health market through early stage licensing-out/co-development.

In line with its business model, DNA Therapeutics adopts a VIPCo (Virtually Integrated Pharmaceutical Cormpany) organization which focuses on accelerating R&D advances in full compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, and building value by consolidating technology and product pipeline. To this end, it outsources all non-core activities to the selected top tier CMOs and CROs worldwide.

Pharmaceutical & Biotech Alliances

Translating siDNA technology into a robust and efficient therapeutics pipeline with a strong intellectual property position, DNA Therapeutics will rely on strategic alliances with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to strengthen its R&D capabilities in order to drive further product pipeline development.

Licensing

DNA Therapeutics is capitalizing on its IP assets to form major alliances with pharmaceutical and biotech companies as well as licensing out in the areas outside DNA Therapeutics’ strategic focus. DNA Therapeutics will also license in to support and sustain its product development from public research institutions and public or private companies.
